Products Description

Our dosing and pre-mix system can dose powders, such as flour and sugar powder. Also, can dosing liquid and semi-liquid such as palm oil, syrup, shortening and water
Adopting with pump conveying system for transport liquid in sealed pipe. by the weight measurement devices, tolerance is less than 1L. To avoid recipe deviation caused by the material density and temperature difference in each batch, we don’t using flow measurement
Flour dosing system consistent of bag dump station, flour screener shifter, flour silo, magnetic separation machine and weight hopper.
This only need one person operation, regardless of men, women or children, convenient and practical.
Sugar powder dosing system consistent of on-line milling system (the grinding volume by recipe setting) Avoiding caking and blocking in tube, we don’t storage sugar powder. We only use artificial pour sugar or storage sugar granule.
Shortening and palm oil dosing system is insulated in whole process. According to the different melting point of shortening and palm oil, our system can keep the material in liquid status suitable for pipeline transportation under the lowest power consumption insulation temperature.
