Designed for continuous, high-volume commercial and industrial baking operations, our gas-fired hot air rotary oven delivers consistent heating, uniform baking results and exceptional energy efficiency, making it the perfect choice for bakeries, food processing factories, central kitchen and large-scale catering production lines. Burner & Exhaust System Design
This rotary oven is equipped with a high-performance 100,000-200,000 kcal/h dedicated gas burner, ensuring fast heating, precise temperature control and full fuel combustion for reduced energy waste. The burner pipe interface adopts a standard 1/2 55° pipe thread joint, extending 520mm outside the oven body for convenient pipeline connection. We recommend connecting a 3/4 (6-point) pipe from the main gas pipeline to the burner joint for stable and safe gas supply.

A dedicated 200mm diameter flue gas exhaust port is designed for discharging combustion waste gas efficiently, a standard configuration for gas-fired models (not applicable to electric versions). This dedicated exhaust structure ensures safe emission of combustion byproducts and maintains a clean working environment around the oven.

Ventilation & Pressure Relief System
To optimize baking quality and operational safety, this oven features a multi-channel ventilation and pressure relief system to eliminate excess moisture, oil fume and internal pressure:

– Furnace Moisture & Oil Fume Exhaust Ports (2 units): 150mm diameter ports installed at the front and rear of the furnace. During high-temperature baking, moisture and oil fume generated inside the furnace are discharged automatically through hot air circulation, realizing timely pressure relief and keeping the interior dry and clean for uniform baking and better product texture.

– Air Hopper Exhaust Fan Port (200mm diameter): Equipped with an automatic induction exhaust fan, this port activates instantly when the oven door is opened. It creates negative pressure inside the air hopper to quickly extract hot air, moisture and oil fume leaking from the furnace, preventing smoke dispersion and keeping the baking workshop environment fresh and safe.

Optional Enhanced Functions

Customize your baking process with flexible optional functions to meet diverse product requirements, perfect for baking bread, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods that require steam treatment:

– Basic & Enhanced Steam Inlet: A 1/2 55° pipe thread joint located on the oven top, compatible with conventional tap water pressure of 0.2MPa. The steam function improves product crispness, color and softness, ideal for artisanal bread and European-style pastries.
