It adopts a high-precision dough quantitative infusion system and a constant temperature tunnel oven for uniform baking, ensuring that each biscuit has a consistent thickness and golden color.

◎ Dough preparation and shaping : First, the pre-mixed flour, water, sugar, oil and other raw materials are mixed in a dough mixer and beaten for a certain period of time to make the dough have a certain elasticity and plasticity. In the shaping stage, the dough is rolled into shape using a shaping machine to form the initial shape of the biscuit.

◎ ‌Baking and Cooling‌ : The formed biscuit dough is sent into the tunnel oven through the oven feeder for baking.
