The Soft biscuit production line is a production line specially used for producing crispy biscuits, which covers the entire production process from raw material processing to finished product packaging. Dough preparation and shaping : First, the pre-mixed flour, water, sugar, oil and other raw materials are mixed in a dough mixer and beaten for a certain period of time to make the dough reach a certain plasticity. In the shaping stage, the dough is rolled into shape using a shaping machine to form the initial shape of the biscuit.

‌Baking and Cooling‌ : The formed biscuit dough is sent into the tunnel oven through the oven feeder for baking. During the baking process, the biscuits go through the stages of swelling, shaping, dehydration, coloring, etc., and finally form biscuits with specific flavor and texture. After baking, they are quickly cooled through the cooling line to maintain the quality of the biscuits.

Oil spraying and packaging ‌: The oil sprayer sprays oil on the cooled biscuits to increase the taste and appearance of the biscuits. Finally, the biscuits are packaged by the packaging machine, and different specifications and forms are packaged according to customer needs, and then transported to the warehouse for storage.

Biscuit sandwich machine: The sandwich machine integrates the functions of stirring, filling, pressing, and forming, realizing the automated production of biscuit sandwiches. It can efficiently and stably produce sandwich biscuits of various shapes and sizes to meet the market demand for diversified biscuit products. It can adapt to a variety of sandwich fillings, such as jam, cream, etc., to meet the needs of different tastes. At the same time, the shape and size of the sandwich fillings can also be adjusted to be diversified to meet the production needs of different products.

The entire production line is controlled by a CPU module, with a compact structure and a high degree of automation. The entire process from feeding to finished product packaging is completed automatically through mechatronics, which greatly improves production efficiency and product quality. In addition, according to different product requirements, this production line can also produce various types of biscuit products such as sandwich biscuits and tough biscuits.
